Sound Pro Operational Policy
If you ever feel that our service does not meet the principles stated below, we sincerely welcome your feedback.
1. Core Principles
- Our primary focus is on the selection, planning, and installation of car electronics, particularly car audio systems.
- We also handle related services based on customer needs, but we operate with discipline to avoid dispersing resources and compromising quality.
- We maintain a clean and organized environment to ensure consistent quality across all operations.
- We actively engage in study groups and training opportunities to stay up to date with the latest technologies.
- With sincerity as our motto, we avoid misleading expressions and strive to always provide service that respects our customers’ intentions and best interests.
2. Information Sharing
- We proactively use our website to communicate the scope and quality of our installation services. Examples include:
- Installation showcase: "Install Gallery"
- Package plans: "All-Vehicle Sound Up Program", "GT-R Super Sound Up Program", "Porsche 911 Plan", and others
- We post updates on noteworthy new products and core car audio items such as speakers and DSPs on our New Product Information page.
3. Product Development
- We continuously develop original products that enhance car audio quality and improve installation efficiency.
4. Customer Service
- We avoid using technical jargon and make every effort to explain things clearly in plain language.
- We aim to create a relaxed and welcoming environment. (Please forgive the intimidating look of the owner!)
- We tailor our communication to match the customer's level of knowledge, including offering background information when needed.
- We always remain conscious of the context and ensure there are no gaps in mutual understanding.
5. Proposals
- To ensure our proposals align with each customer’s needs, we conduct a thorough consultation—unless you already have a specific request in mind.
- We will present multiple plan options, where possible, so you can evaluate them based on your budget.
- When preparing proposals, we make the following efforts:
- We always prepare a detailed quotation.
- We do not make inflated proposals that significantly exceed your budget. (No worries—we’re inherently conservative!)
- We develop realistic plans that do not compromise usability or maintainability of your vehicle. Any custom-built components will be designed to match the interior aesthetics as closely as possible.
- Upon request, we collaborate with trusted partners (for bodywork, material processing, interior trimming, etc.) to deliver high-quality results.
- If your request includes something that other shops might turn down, we will do our utmost to make it possible, such as:
- Finding and combining off-the-shelf circuits to enable the desired product integration
- Modifying or even designing and fabricating custom components when no suitable product exists
- Developing special installation techniques to preserve the vehicle’s exterior and interior appearance
- We always strive to maintain clarity around context to prevent misunderstandings or misaligned expectations.
6. Product Selection & Procurement
- We only recommend products that are certified for legal use in Japan, such as those bearing the PSE mark (compliant with the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law).
- All products are procured through official distributors with whom we have formal agreements, ensuring they are genuine and fully supported by manufacturer warranties in the event of any defects.
- Upon request, we can accept customer-supplied components under certain conditions. (Please review our conditions for customer-supplied items.)
7. Installation
- All installation tasks, regardless of complexity, are carried out based on written work instructions.
- Prior to any work, we thoroughly protect the vehicle interior to prevent scratches or damage.
- To avoid any negative impact on vehicle resale value, we do not perform irreversible modifications (such as cutting interior panels, carpets, or OEM wiring) without your prior consent.
- If an unexpected issue arises during installation (including those caused by our staff), we will organize the relevant information and consult with you before taking any action. We pledge never to conceal mistakes.
- Except for minor work, we document the full installation process with photographs and share them with you upon completion.
- In cases where the installed components are no longer visible after reassembly, we photograph the relevant stages during disassembly and report them accordingly.
6. Product Selection & Procurement
- We select only products that are legally certified for use in Japan, such as those bearing the PSE (Product Safety Electrical Appliance & Material) mark.
- All products are sourced through authorized distributors with whom we maintain contractual relationships. We only procure genuine products that come with full warranty coverage in case of defects.
- Upon request, we can also install customer-supplied products under certain conditions. (Please review our terms for bringing in your own products.)
7. Installation
- Regardless of the complexity, all work is carried out according to a written instruction sheet.
- We apply protective masking and coverings before starting work to prevent scratches or damage.
- To avoid compromising the value or condition of your vehicle, we will not perform irreversible modifications—such as cutting interior trim, carpets, or OEM wiring—without your explicit permission.
- If unexpected circumstances arise during installation (including any errors on our part), we will promptly organize the relevant information and consult with you before proceeding. We pledge never to conceal mistakes.
- Except for minor tasks, we document the installation process with photos and provide them to you upon completion.
- If the work is not externally visible after completion, we will take photos during disassembly and report accordingly.
