Customer-Supplied Equipment Policy

While we accept customer-supplied (externally purchased) car audio equipment for installation, we have established specific conditions.

As a general rule, with some exceptions, we request a handling fee for new items and an operational check fee for used items. Please refer to the table below for details. Also, be sure to review the Notes and Explanation of Each Footnote sections at the bottom of the page.

  • Please check our handled brands here.
  • If parts required for installation are missing, they will be procured at list price.
  • Changes to the plan during the installation process and additional carry-in items cannot be accepted, as they affect scheduling and pit availability.

Explanation of Each Footnote

  • *1) Products with a valid warranty system in Japan. Examples:
    Products sold in Japan by Japanese manufacturers such as Carrozzeria (Pioneer),
    or overseas brands sold through official distributors like Audison.
    (Unopened items with expired warranties are excluded.)
  • *2) Products without a valid warranty system in Japan. Examples:
    Overseas brand items sold without official distributors (e.g., imported via specialty online shops),
    Japanese brands intended for overseas markets (e.g., US Sony),
    or discontinued overseas products with no local support (e.g., some JBL models).
  • *3) For items with open pricing or no official list price, this refers to our regular retail price.
  • *4) Warranty support includes:
    - Responses to defect-related inquiries
    - Removal/re-installation costs for inspection and repair
    - In-house inspection costs
    - Shipping defective items from our shop to the manufacturer (return shipping covered by the manufacturer)
    * Limited to within the manufacturer's warranty period.
  • *5) Operational checks involve connecting devices such as speakers and head units to verify functionality, not just powering on. This excludes cases requiring special conditions or compatibility issues.
    We do not accept "trial installations without checks," as we cannot charge if the product fails after installation.
  • *6) If a defect is confirmed through the operational check (*5)), and the item includes a warranty valid in Japan, we recommend contacting the original place of purchase.
    If you prefer our shop to handle the return, you will be responsible for related shipping and handling costs.
